Omar A. He focuses exclusively on immigration law, including family petitions, visas, citizenship, waivers, deportation defense, and humanitarian relief. Fluent in English and Spanish, he serves Hawaii’s diverse immigrant community with professionalism and care.
Originally from El Salvador, Omar immigrated to the United States in 2012 and later became a permanent resident and U.S. citizen. His personal journey through the immigration process gives him a deep understanding of the challenges his clients face. With advanced legal training from USC Gould and Emory Law, and licenses in New York and El Salvador, Omar is committed to providing knowledgeable, empathetic representation for those seeking a better future in Hawaii and beyond.
